Vaporesso BARR Replacement Pods

Two pods per pack. The Vaporesso BARR replacement pods are built for the BARR device — 1.2ml capacity, integrated 1.2Ω mesh coil, side-fill silicone stopper, and the BARR's signature four-level adjustable airflow via pod rotation. When the flavour starts to fade or the draw goes off, swap the pod. That's it.

At fixed 13W output, the BARR isn't a complicated device and neither are these pods. Fill, rotate to your airflow preference, vape.

What These Pods Do

Each Vape Pod is a sealed PCTG shell with the 1.2Ω mesh coil already built in — no coil fitting involved. Fill through the side silicone stopper: pull it, fill to 1.2ml, push it back. The airflow is adjusted by rotating the pod itself against the device body — four positions, each one changing the slot exposure. Turn it to a wide slot for a looser MTL draw, rotate it down to the narrowest position for a tighter, more cigarette-like pull.

Snap-in pod connection. Press in, click, done. Pull straight out to remove.

Airflow — How It Works

The BARR's airflow system is built into the pod, not the device. Rotating the pod 90° at a time cycles through four different airflow positions — each one exposing a different slot size to the intake on the device body.

Level 1 is the tightest — narrow slot, very restricted MTL, closest to a cigarette draw.
Level 4 is the most open — wider slot, more airflow, slightly airier MTL.
Most vapers find their preferred level within the first pod and leave it there. Worth spending five minutes trying each position when you first fit a new pod.

E-Liquid

50/50 or high-PG. The 1.2Ω mesh coil and 13W output are built around thinner liquid. High-VG above 60% wicks slowly at this resistance and wattage — dry hits follow, even on a well-primed pod. Nic salt e-liquid at 10–20mg in 50/50 is the standard pairing for the BARR. If you're stepping down nicotine, 50/50 freebase at lower strength works too, just keep the VG content in check.

Priming

Fill the pod, stopper back in, wait five minutes before the first draw. The mesh cotton needs time to saturate before heat touches it. Skip that wait and the first few draws can taste burnt — and on an integrated coil pod there's no fix for scorched cotton short of opening the next pod in the pack.
